Sneaks Slip 'N Slang - Demons of Stupidity

Origin: Coined by Scott Adams in Dilbert.

Definition: Mythical entities responsible for illogical bureacracy, paradoxical regulations, hard-to-use software, and all problems that wouldn't exist if anyone in charge had thought about them at all.

Example: The bank charges me a fee for each electronic transaction I make--even though I'm saving them money by not going into the bank to be served by a teller. I guess they've been possessed by the demons of stupidity.
