"Carry On" star Kenneth Williams was obsessed with his bowels.  He suffered from piles and so had a deep mistrust of other peoples toilets.  Whenever he moved into a theatre for a play, he always insisted on having his own personal toilet, for his sole use.  Similarly, any visitors to his london flat were never allowed to use the toilet there - they had to go to nearby Tottenham Court Road tube station.
